Refund Policy

Property Management Refund Policy

All property management and leasing fees are non-refundable once services have been performed. This includes management services, tenant placement, marketing, and administrative work.

Any maintenance or repair funds used for completed work are non-refundable. If services are canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any incurred costs or vendor cancellation fees.

Any remaining owner reserve funds will be returned within 30 days of termination of the management agreement, after deducting outstanding invoices or expenses.

Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payment or billing error.
